1. Introduction

At Gabrielle Journeys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we have outlined the steps and conditions under which returns and refunds are possible.

2. Returns Eligibility

  • Gabrielle Journeys accepts returns on products only if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns based on change of mind.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the condition you received it. Any tampered or opened items may not be eligible for a return.

3. Return Process

  • Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue with the product (e.g., damage, defect).
  • We will review your request and guide you through the return process. If the product is eligible for return, we will arrange for the pickup of the item.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only in cases where the product is defective or damaged. Refunds will be processed via Cash on Delivery during the next delivery cycle.
  • Please note that refunds will not be issued if the product is returned for any other reason, such as a change of mind.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any product that is marked as non-returnable or on sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Services, digital products, or any services that have been delivered cannot be refunded.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Once the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued based on your original order and payment method.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • In the event of a return due to product damage or defect, Gabrielle Journeys will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is not due to a defect, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
